• $200 when paid in four $50 installments.

• Pricing is per patient. No family discounts.

Club pricing can NOT be combined with insurance. Insurance companies indirectly determine pricing for me (read more here). I can offer competitive pricing and discounts when we cut out insurance as the middleman. By joining the SSO Club you can enjoy competitive pricing while also knowing that your money is supporting your local doctor and her team, and not going to an insurance company.
